El Valle de Guadalupe (The Guadalupe Valley), just 25 km north of Ensenada. It is the only region in the country with a Mediterranean climate. It produces three out of four bottles of mexican wine, and has developed a culinary sceme so fascinating that is all anyone talks about. Its agricultural history prevails thanks to the cultivation of vines, olives and many other horticultural crops.

Our vines were selected by 2 international nurseries (Richter and Cortez) from France and Spain with different rootstocks (1103 Paulsen and 110 Richter). Where we obtained certified shoots as different varieties (Tempranillo red, Nebbiolo, Cabernet-Sau, Syrah as well as white Tempranillo grapes and Chardonnay).

We are as passionate about wine as we are about offering the best experience. This is why we have two villas, a suite and a common area within the 40 year old olive tree reserve. All of them overlooking the vineyards, to accommodate people interested in learning about our project and about El Valle de Guadalupe.
